Hillsborough memorial
Today, marked the 30-year mile stone from the devastating tragedy of Hillsborough. On the 15TH of April, hundreds of people gathered outside of Liverpool’s St George’s hall to commemorate those who lost their lives.

The restaurant Sakara has been a huge part of our community for the last 14 years. Other local businesses have come and gone, but Claire and her little bit of Egyptian Delicacy has stayed put. So, Today I had the pleasure of Interviewing Claire, and asking her how she’s happened to stay afloat all these years.
